Program Format

Picture
The Forum is a gathering of 44 elite participants in this field. It does not feature traditional presentations, and revolves around the active participation of all those in attendance. The goal is to foster active discussion and debate on the topics selected by the Steering Committee.
Program Atmosphere
This is an intense day-and-a-half of meetings. In addition to the six sessions, there is informal time for conversations and building relationships during the receptions and meals. This is not a "holiday" type program. Significant others or guests do not participate in the social events, meals, or during the sessions at the Forum. The intent of the program is for everyone to talk to their peers, rather than talking to their peer’s guest. Given the short time you are all together, we try to keep it focused on business.

Arrival and Departure
Check in begins at 3:00 p.m. We ask that you please arrive prior to the Welcome Cocktail Reception, which is at 7:00 p.m. on the first night. The Forum concludes after lunch on the final day.
Extending Your Stay
Should you wish to extend your stay at the hotel, we would be pleased to inquire about availability and a preferred rate on your behalf.
Reading Materials and Participant Roster
A few weeks prior to the Forum, you will receive a new password, so you can access the protected portions of the Forum website. Here you will find pre-forum reading materials. A full roster of your fellow participants will be issued to you a few days before the Forum.

You do not need to bring any online materials to the sessions. They are for reference. Any handouts required during a particular session will be distributed on site.

Recommended Dress

We suggest business attire (jacket, tie optional) for the cocktail receptions and dinners. Casual attire is acceptable for the meetings.
Chatham House Rule
The Forum follows the Chatham House Rule.
"When a meeting, or part thereof, is held under the Chatham House Rule, participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed".
